1. "Quick Pay" in 3 days for a nominal fee

2. 15 days for our contract "Core" carrier's

3. Thirty (30) days from receipt of invoice in our office in Amarillo, Texas.

 

Required documentation is:

o Proof of Delivery (POD)
o Bill of Lading (BOL)
o Original Cargo/Liability Insurance naming MTS Transportation, Inc. as Certificate Holder
o Signed MTS Contract
o Taxpayer Certificate (Form W-9)
o ICC Authority
o Frozen Load Agreement (Refrigerated loads only)
